Quilters
Stitching Together Faith and Fellowship
The Quilters at Good Shepherd are a creative and caring group of volunteers who use their time and talents to bless others through handcrafted quilts.
What We Do: Our quilters meet regularly to create beautiful quilts that are donated to members of the congregation, community organizations, and mission partners in need of comfort and warmth. Each quilt is a tangible reminder of God’s love and care.
Faith & Fellowship: Meetings blend hands-on quilting with conversation, prayer, and fellowship, creating a welcoming space for all skill levels—from beginners to experienced quilters.
Community Impact: Beyond the quilts themselves, this ministry supports local and global missions, spreading comfort and hope one stitch at a time.
Quilting for Lutheran World Relief
Help share warmth and comfort by making quilts for Lutheran World Relief. We gather on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 9:00am to 3:00pm in the quilting room. Whether you can stay all day or just for an hour, your time and talents are warmly welcomed — come when you can and leave when you need.
Quilting from Home
If you’d like to support Lutheran World Relief by quilting from the comfort of your home, please follow the official guidelines provided by LWR. You can download the PDF instructions here.
